During Spring Break 2008, seven students traveled to Queretaro, Mexico to help construct a greenhouse for local families. The students teamed up with local volunteers to paint the frame, dig rows for the irrigation system, assemble and lay tubing, and hang walls. The greenhouse, which was started three years ago by the families and lay dormant until the EWB students arrived, will be used to grow tomatoes to sell in the local markets.
